Carlo Acutis: The Millennial Saint

Carlo's Early Life

Carlo Acutis was born on May 3, 1991, in London, England, to Italian parents. His family moved to Milan, Italy, when he was a young boy. Carlo was a devout Catholic from a young age, and he spent much of his time helping others and spreading the faith.

His Life as a "Cyber Apostle"

Carlo had a passion for computers and technology. He used his skills to create a website dedicated to spreading the Eucharist, which he called "the autopista to heaven." Carlo also created a website about the miracles of St. Anthony of Padua, who he had a great devotion to.

His Sainthood

Carlo died of leukemia on October 12, 2006, at the age of 15. He was beatified by Pope Francis in 2020 and is now on the path to sainthood. Carlo is a role model for young people, showing them that it is possible to live a holy life in the modern world.
